Kjolle
Original soundscapes composition for the gastronomic experience Kjolle, led by chef Pía León and ranked No. 2 on the Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants list in 2025. A unique musical atmosphere inspired by the textures, colors, flavors, native ingredients, and the richness of Peruvian biodiversity.
Mil
Original soundscapes composition for the gastronomic experience Mil, located in Moray, Cuzco. A unique dining concept created by chef Virgilio Martínez, in the Andean highlands, winner of the World's Best Fine Dining Experience 2023. The project was co-produced with musician Ankalli.
Maz
Original soundscapes composition for the two Michelin-Starred dining experience Maz, located in Tokyo. Runned by chef Santiago Fernandez, Maz interprets the Peruvian natural environment from the vertical perspective of altitude, from the Pacific coast through the Amazon to the Andes.

Original soundscapes composition for the innovative concept by Virgilio Martínez and Mater Iniciativa runned by chef Nicanor Vieyra in Moscow. No. 2 in the Wheretoeat Moscow Top 10 best restaurants list, 2025.
Waman
Original soundscapes composed for the gastronomic experience Waman, listed in the Michelin Guide, in the heart of Bilbao, where Basque tradition and Peruvian culinary heritage come together. Each dish by chef Gabriel Huamán celebrates this cultural fusion with local ingredients.

Original soundscapes composed for the gastronomic experience Mauka, the restaurant by chef Pía León at Belmond Hotel Palacio Nazarenas in Cuzco, celebrating hyper‑local Peruvian biodiversity through inventive cuisine that highlights native ingredients and contemporary culinary vision.

Original music for "Follow the Path", a video installation by Bego M Santiago featuring small animated figures swimming through water. The artwork explores the relationship between individual and collective behaviors, highlighting the invisibility of the individual within the crowd.
